Description
100% Silicone high solids sealant designed for a variety of roofing repair applications. Forms a tough, durable water proof and UV resistant rubber sealant.
Uses
Built-Up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply Rubber Roofs, Polyurethane Foam, Metal, Concrete, Wood, Skylights, Flashings and more.
Directions
Clean Roof -Surface shall be clean, dry and free of loose particles. Remove any rust, mildew, oil, grease or other foreign material on the surface.
Applying Roof Coating - Surface and air temperature shall be between 40°F and 100°F. Surface shall be completely dry (no moisture or dew). Completely fill cracked or damaged areas. For cracks greater than 1/2" use with SealBest Roofing Fabric to reinforce repair. Cut tip on angle. Puncture foil at inner base of nozzle. Place tube in caulking gun and squeeze trigger to begin flow. Smooth out silicone bead with putty knife or similar tool. Spread material up to 1" beyond sides of crack and feather out into surrounding surface. Material will be tack free within 1 to 2 hours and fully cured within 48 hours.
