Description
As elastomeric polymer modified asphalt emulsion designed for coating concrete foundations. Protects concrete foundations from moisture and water intrusion.
Uses
Ideal for waterproofing exterior concrete basement walls, poured concrete walls, polystyrene/styrofoam insulation board, wood, foam, and more
Directions
Applying Coating - Stir container thoroughly. Apply using either a brush or airless spray unit (suggested tip size .021 to .025). Apply material at a rate of 150 square feet per 4.75 gallon pail. Allow material to dry and cure for 24 hours prior to application of foam or drainage boards or backfilling.
